The MES project is a major project of Quansheng Company this year.     The third part of the kick-off meeting was the project consultant to introduce the project content, and the MES software department was lectured by Mr. Huang Xuanxiong. Mr. Huang also gave us a detailed introduction to the key nodes of the project, construction goals, construction content, and construction principles. In the construction principle, it is pointed out that "two unified divisions", 1 unified planning: combined with Quansheng's existing production business process and management mode, the overall process and interface division of the digital workshop and ERP, WMS, HR and other systems are planned to form a unified informatization of Quansheng. building. 2 Unified standard: The construction of the digital workshop system of Quansheng should have a unified standard with the construction of ERP, WMS and other systems, such as: material basic data, process data, equipment ledger, personnel information, etc. Know the configuration and deployment of the factory's digital workshop according to specific standards. 3. Step-by-step implementation: Quansheng's overall digital workshop system construction adopts the principle of unified planning and step-by-step implementation. In this project, the informatization deployment in 7 areas including the first-phase injection molding line will be implemented, and the informatization construction of the second-phase production line will be established.
